Full title: Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice (Virginia Roberts Giuffre, 2025)3
Overview
Giuffre’s memoir was published posthumously in October 2025.4 Garcia’s October 22, 2025 letter to Bondi5 cited the memoir extensively,6 calling its revelations “searing new testimony”7 that underscored the urgency of DOJ compliance with the congressional subpoena.8
Key Allegations in the Memoir
Former prime minister: Giuffre alleges that a man Garcia’s letter describes as a former prime minister “raped [her] more savagely than anyone had before,” repeatedly choking her until she lost consciousness and taking “pleasure in seeing [her] in fear for [her] life.”9 The individual is not named in Garcia’s citation of the memoir.10
Jean-Luc Brunel trafficking: The memoir recounts Epstein boasting that Brunel had sent him “more than a thousand girls,” including “three French twelve-year-olds” for his birthday, and says Brunel reportedly sent “talent” scouts to Brazil to recruit young girls from soccer fields for Epstein.11
Brunel/Andrew/Epstein island activity: According to Garcia’s October 22, 2025 letter summarising the memoir, Epstein, Brunel, and Prince Andrew took part in group sexual activity on Epstein’s island with several young girls who, in the memoir’s words, “appeared to be under the age of eighteen” and did not really speak English; the description of the activity is Garcia’s summary.12 Prince Andrew has denied sexual-abuse allegations.13
Halloween 2000 party: The memoir notes, per Garcia’s letter, that Maxwell attended a Halloween party in 2000 with Prince Andrew, Donald Trump, Melania Trump, and others.14
Trophy closet: The memoir describes a hidden “trophy closet” in Epstein’s Palm Beach residence containing “hundreds” of lewd photos of young girls.15
Videotape library: The memoir describes Epstein’s practice of keeping a “huge library of videotapes” recording the goings-on in each of his houses16 and, as Garcia’s October 22, 2025 letter summarises it, writes that Epstein repeatedly suggested he could use these videos to blackmail men.17 Garcia argued that Giuffre’s account undermined DOJ’s conclusion.18
Potential firsthand witnesses: Giuffre identifies several potential firsthand witnesses to these crimes, including members of Epstein’s staff; Garcia’s letter says it remains unclear whether DOJ interviewed them.19
Significance
- The memoir adds an allegation relevant to theories about recordings and possible blackmail.20
- The former-prime-minister allegation, if credible, suggests Epstein’s trafficking extended to head-of-government level.21
- Giuffre’s memoir reports that Epstein boasted Brunel had sent him “more than a thousand girls”.22
- If substantiated, the videotape-library claim would sit uneasily with DOJ’s finding of no credible evidence of blackmail.
